Complaint Handling Mechanism

The Board is mandated by the law to receive, investigate and arbitrate or take appropriate action in case of complaints relating to lotteries, Gaming, Betting or Casinos. A complainant must lodge a formal complaint with the Board which is then delt with in accordance with the law.

To launch a Complain to the Board, fill in a complain form attached.  Once you have completed and signed the form, it may be delivered to the Betting Control and Licensing Board offices at ACK Garden Annex 7th floor or mail it to complaints@bclb.go.ke
